The three partners of the Birrificio San Quirico have in common, aside from a long friendship, a great passion for hand crafted. One day we decided to invest our professional skills, developed in other sectors, into the creation of a brewery of excellence!

After years of “home brewing” and after completing several courses to develop the techniques of beer production, we founded the Birrificio San Quirico in 2008, a small activity dedicating maximum care to a product at every step of the way, from the choice of the raw materials to the bottling of the final product.
